Reporting trouble with PPS, SIS+ or the IBM mainframe
Software
Any problem reported should be supported with a listing and output, or in the case of an online system problem a list of exactly the steps you were doing leading up to the problem.
Suspected software problems should be brought to the attention of the programmer in charge of the application.

Hardware
Hardware problems are defined as terminal connection problems and printer problems related to getting data from the IBM host system. (PC problems and printer problems relating to non IBM host systems should be reported to the Help Desk, x23555).
