Getting Started

How do I get started?

Email the AMD Manager with your initial requirements and ideas. After that, the project follows these basic steps:

Consultation - To begin, AMD will gather the information required to best approach your request. We'll have the change to figure out just how you'd like it to function, and also gather vital content. You may be asked to bring the following information to your initial consultation:

  • Your operating details
  • Your target audience
  • The services and resources offered by your group
  • Reference material, such as copies of any logo, brochures, etc.
  • A list of  people in your organization and any descriptive information about them that may be necessary for coordinating your project.

Proposal - We'll prepare an official statement and procedure for creating your project.

Design Phase - Once the proposal has been signed and an FAU has been submitted, we'll mock-up some design concepts to give you an idea of what the final product might be like. At this time, your feedback provide us with direction for changes in the design until the desired effect has been achieved.

Completion - We'll present the product to you for final approval. At this time you'll receive all the final files, and material that you can bring back in case you want revisions at a later date.
