Block List

Use the Block List to create a list of senders who are always subject to Junk Mail filtering. Messages from senders on your Block List are always treated as junkmail and subject to the Junk Mail filter action.

Add Emails to the Blocked Senders List
Step 1 Within Exchange, click on the Options tab and select 'See All Options...'
Step 2 In the Options menu, click on 'Block or Allow'
Step 3 To add emails to your block list, type the email addresses you would like to block where the text reads 'Enter a sender or domain here' Example valid Block List entries: allan@example.com: Specifically adds the user allan from example.com to your Block List. @example.com: blocks any address at example.com to your Allow List. @*.example.com: Blocks any address at any host within the example.com domain to your Allow List.
Step 4 After typing in the email address or domain click the green plus sign. Remove: To remove senders from the list, highlight an entry and click the Remove button.
Step 5 Save
