Using the Program
General
As required by University policy, all faculty will have to submit an annual report indicating whether they have or have not engaged in Category I and/or Category II compensated activities for the Fiscal Year ending June 30. If they have, they will be asked to describe the activity, the nature of the relationship and provide a general description of the outside entity involved.
This is a web-based reporting process which will guide them through the process of submitting the required annual APM-025 report. Users will be able to login with their UCR netid and password.

Central Authentication ServicesUsers of the Conflict of Commitment software are authenticated using UC Riverside's Central Authentication Services. |

Welcome PageUpon authentication, the user is directed to the Conflict of Commitment introduction page. |

Category EngagmentThe user selects whether or not they have engaged in Category I and/or Category II compensated outside professional activities during the previous fiscal year. |

Activity ReportsThe user completes a report regarding any compensated outside professional activity using this form. |
|
Final ConfirmationBefore submission, the user must confirm all entered data. If there are any errors, the user may hit cancel to update any changes. |

Successful SubmissionSuccessful submission of a completed report will display a confirmation page. |

Engagement VerificationThe final confirmation page will display again to verify whether or not the user has engaged in Category I and/or Category II compensated outside professional activities during the prior fiscal year. |
