Setting Up a ReadyTalk Account


Departments will need to designate a department representative to set up accounts and receive the billing for their department. The department representative can set up an account for your department by calling our dedicated ReadyTalk account Manager, Kim Morse, at (303) 209-1624 or ReadyTalk Customer Care at (800) 843-9166. You will be able to request a user account for any individual in your department. New accounts are usually set up by name and campus extension number for billing purposes. Users will be provided with the information necessary to begin using ReadyTalk via e-mail, usually within 24 hours.

Each new user will receive the toll-free number, a unique 7-digit access code, and a 4-digit private passcode in order to “host” their calls. The private passcode should not be shared with others.
