eFile Search & Reporting Tools
Search eFile, Create Reports, Generate Curriculum Vita and NSF Biosketch
Four new tools are available to enhance the functionality of the eFile system. These tools are available from the Reports link in the General Menu and also from the eFile Details page. Please review the eFile online Search & Reporting Tools tutorial for a step-by-step introduction to using the reporting systems.
- eFile Search. This tool facilitates searches of information contained within eFile using keywords or date ranges. Searches may be performed for Memberships, Honors & Awards, Professional Activity, Publications, and more.
- Report Generator. Allows for building one report containing information from multiple eFile sections. Reports can be created for any use and at any time. The Report Generator can convert final report output to a Microsoft Word document.
- Curriculum Vita Generator. The CV generator allows for the creation of multiple, distinct CVs for use in different applications. Functions of this tool include the ability to format font type and size, create unique headings, and order each section as desired. The final CV can be output as a Microsoft Word document.
- Biosketch Generator. This tool currently facilitates the creation of the National Science Foundation (NSF) Biosketch. This tool allows data from eFile to populate the biosketch and format the information in the prescribed NSF format. Many Biosketches can be created and exist at the same time and the final Biosketch can be output as a Microsoft Word document.
