Accessing eForms
Access to enter and edit records in UCR's eForms is authorized by the departmental Systems Access Administrator (SAA) using the Enterprise Access Control System (EACS).
To obtain access to eForms contact your SAA.
UCR NetID and Passwords
Additionally, to access eForms, one must log in with a UCR NetID and password. Only faculty and staff with a UCR NetID are allowed to use this system to ensure the security of the service.

Hosting eForms
Computing and Communications currently host all eForms. For information on how to host an eForm for your department or campus group please contact:
