A
Activity - Code indicating the campus or office of the President location which a distribution expenditure account is associated
Account - The number assigned by the campus for the purpose of identifying a specify balance sheet, revenue, or expenditure account. For payroll purposes, this is the number of an account against which salary or wage expenses are changed.
Appointment Begin Date - Date on which an individual's appointment is effective.
Appointment Department Code - Code indicating the department or other administrative unit associated with the appointment.
Appointment End Date - The date on which an appointment ended or is expected to end.
Appointment Full time Equivalent (FTE) - The percentage of the budgeted position which the distribution represents.
Appointment Number - Number used to identify an appointment.
Appointment Pay Rate - The full time rate of pay (annual, hourly, or by-agreement amount) associated with the appointment.
Appointment Percent Full time - The maximum time expected to be worked in a given appointment.
Appointment Rate Code - Code indicating the nature of the rate of pay for the appointment
Appointment Title Code - Code indicating the position classification associated with an appointment.
Appointment Type Code - Code indicating the type of appointment.

Bargaining Unit - Code indicating the collective bargaining unit of an individual.

Distribution Begin Date - The date on which an appointment commences to be charged against as associated distribution.
Distribution Department - Code indicating the department or other administrative unit associated with the account number for a distribution.
Distribution End Date - The date on which as appointment ceases to be charged against an associated distribution.
Distribution Number - Number uniquely identifying a payroll distribution associated with the appointment.
Distribution Pay Rate - The full-time, hourly rate, pay period amount, or by agreement amount associated with the distribution.
Distribution Percent - The anticipated time which is changeable to the distribution.
DOS Code - Code indicating the type of service or type of pay associated with the appointment.

Employment Service Credit Months - The Total number of qualifying months of employment service at the University, its DOE Laboratories, and the State of California
Employment Service Credit Start Date - The date from which the employee's Employment Credit Months (EDB 0719) begins to accumulate.
Employee Status Code - Code indicating an individual's University employment status.
Ethnic Origin Code - Code indicating the ethnic background of the individual.

Hire Date Most Recent - Date on which the most recent employment affiliation commenced.
Home Department Code - Code indicating the one department or other administrative unit that has coordinating responsibility for an individual's employment and/or pay disposition.

Next Salary Review Date - The date which the staff employee's next salary review is to occur.

Occupational Group - Dividing title codes by groups.

Personnel Program - Code identifying the personnel program under which the appointment is held.
Primary Title Code - The Title Code associated with the predominate appointment for the employee, based on a specified set of criteria.
Prior Service Months - Total Number of months of prior service with the University.

Salary Grade - The salary grade associated with the appointment.
Salary Step - The level, within the pay range, of the associated distribution pay rate.
Separation Date - The date on which an individual's employment affiliation with the University ends. For most individuals, this is the last day for which compensation is received.
Separation Reason Code - Code indicating the reason for an employee's separation from the University.
Sex Code - Code identifying a person as a male or female.

Title Unit Code (TUC) - Code indicating the Title Unit Code of the predominant appointment of an individual collective bargaining purposes.
