WebIM

C&C provides a secure, web-based interface to IM@UCR for faculty and staff to use when away from their own computers. WebIM access is granted via UCR's Central Authentication Services using a UCR NetID and password, and provides a secure, encrypted connection to UCR's IM server.

Note that WebIM requires that Java be installed; see http://www.java.com for downloads and instructions. For further assistance, contact the Helpdesk.
