UC Learning Center Support


We are pleased to announce that the University is updating our Learning Management System, known as the UC Learning Center. Beginning in August, you will see some changes when you log in. The site will feature a more modern look and greatly improved internet browser compatibility, among other features. Your current registrations and completed activities will remain as they are today.

To allow time for this upgrade, the UC Learning Center will be unavailable for at least five business days beginning at 5PM on July 28. Please make plans accordingly.

 This role will provide access that is in addition to the learner role and the manager role, if you have direct reports. This role is set up by the UC Learning Center Administrator, to gain access please contact

As an instructor you can:

  • Review those who have registered for a specific learning activity
  • Print out a sign-in sheet for a learning activity
  • Email roster participants
  •  Review the scores for activities where an assessment has been provided to participants

View Instructor Schedule

  • After logging in to the UC Learning Center:
    • Hover over the Learner tab in the Top Menu
    • Hover over Learn in the Learner tab drop down menu
    • Click on Instructor Schedule


  • Review the list of all upcoming activities in your schedule If you are the Instructor for a classroom based training you may have to select Upcoming Activities from the View Menu.


  Viewing Rosters and Waiting Lists

Go to your Instructor Schedule  
  • Select the View Activity Roster icon for the activity roster you wish to review


  • Review the roster details about the number of people registered, including scores and completion dates
  • You can filter the roster by Attended, No Show, Canceled, Registered, In Progress, and Replaced. 

    Note: this feature may not be available to instructors of Curriculums and Topics.
  • To email individuals registered in the activity select the mail icon next to their name. To send emails to multiple individuals check the boxes next to their name and click Send Email. 
  • If you wish to email to all participants select the top checkbox to Select All (do this for every page) and click Send Email
  • To view individuals on the Waiting List please select Waiting List in the view menu.

    *Online activities do not have wait lists


There are two ways to print a Sign-in Sheet:

 *For classroom activities only

Go to your Instructor Schedule  
  • Select the View Activity Roster icon for the activity roster you wish to retrieve the sign-in sheet from


  • Select the Activity Sign-in Sheet link (Recommended way)

  • You can also go directly to this view of the roster by clicking the Activity Roster Report icon on your Instructor Schedule

  • Click Print to print out sign-in sheet

Alternative Way: Export to Excel

Go to your Instructor Schedule  
  • Select the View Activity Roster icon for the activity roster you wish to retrieve the sign-in sheet from


  • Select the Excel icon to download roster information
  • Select All Pages and MS-Excel (for spreadsheet with full roster) and click Next

  •  Select File 1

  • Select Open or Save then review Excel spreadsheet for roster data

*Note: This will pull all roster information including individuals who have canceled.  You will need to adjust this in excel before using as a sign-in sheet.  You can use this as a sign in sheet or to create reports. 

Submitting Sign-In Sheet

You must send the completed sign-in sheet to Human Resources at on the day of class. 

Return to Instructor Schedule

  • Select Learn-Instructor Schedule to return to the Instructor Schedule view at any time

Review Evaluation Reports (Online Activities Only)

  • Review the list of all activities in your Instructor Schedule view and Select the Evaluation Roster icon of the activity you wish to review (Online evaluations are not offered for classroom training)

  • Click the Start button to open the evaluation report
  • Review the Evaluation Summary Report
  • Click OK at the bottom of the summary report to return to the Evaluation Report page
