LRSS Functionality
How Does LRSS Work?
The Ledger Reconciliation and Storage System has five main components that function as follows:
- SAA assigns roles for Reconcilers and Certifiers
- A Reconciliation Matrix is created by the SAA
- At the end of the monthly ledger closing process the LRSS creates FAU combinations that need to be reconciled
- Reconcilers are prompted to review ledgers, and can certify reconciliation is complete and optionally, upload the annotated ledgers
- Certifiers are prompted to certify reconciliation entries
