Multimedia Equipment Delivered Where you Need It
Media Resources delivers, installs and retrieves multimedia equipment to and from the campus and vicinity. Equipment is available to departments and registered campus organizations.
Our Technicians will deliver, set up, instruct you in the operation of our equipment, and retrieve that equipment at the close of your event. Some equipment requires a technical operator, in which case a technical assistance is provided on a recharge (fee) basis only
Ordering Equipment
Have your department coordinator submit a work order via Media2000 no later than 3 business days prior to your event. If you do not have access to Media2000, fax a Media Services Request form to x27282.
Late requests incur a $25.00 rush fee.
Some items require a Media Services Operator, who will monitor the equipment at all times. Non-essential Operators are available at an hourly rate.
Canceling a Service Request
You may cancel an equipment or service request up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled event. Please fax or mail a written cancellation note to Media Services, x27282.
Cancellations upon delivery add a $10.00 labor fee to regular charges.
