 Q.  I cannot open a PDF version of a financial system report, who do I contact?

 A.  To view PDF versions of reports users must have the Adobe Reader application installed.  Contact the Help Desk (helpdesk@ucr.edu or x2-3555) for assistance with installing Adobe Reader.

 Q.  How do I know the date of the most recent data update for a Data Warehouse application (e.g., UCRFStotals or SuperDOPE)?

 A.  In general, data warehouse applications are updated nightly.  Some applications are updated monthly (e.g., SuperDOPE). 

UCRFStotals and SuperDOPE:

For UCRFStotals, SuperDOPE and the Student Data Query System (SDQS), please refer to the header/footer section of the application for the update status.

Student Data Query System (SDQS):

 Q.  The nightly update of data did not occur, who do I contact?

 A.  Please send mail to the CSG Help Desk (helpdesk@ucr.edu), please be sure to include the application name.
