UCRFStotals contains financial and budgetary transactions that have posted to the UCRFS General Ledger. In addition drill-down detail information is available for specific Purchasing, Accounts Payable, and Post Audit Notification (PAN) transactions. The ability to save queries is provided and query results may be exported to MS Excel for further analysis.  Student Information System(accounts receivable) data is also available for reporting. This system is updated nightly.

SuperDOPE contains Payroll transactions from the PPS system.   Users may query payroll and benefit expenditures by FAU combination and/or by employee name.  The optiont osave queries is available.  Query results may be exported to MS Excel for further analysis and reporting.  This system is updated monthly.

The Human Resources Data Warehouse contains data from the Payroll Personnel System (PPS). Virtually all of the PPS data elements are included. Personnel information updated nightly from PPS, containing both current and historical data.

The system is both a query tool with extensive search capabilities as well as a series of pre-defined reports that provide easy access to commonly needed information.

The SDQS was developed for departmental and college personnel, faculty, and staff directly involved in student academic advising. The SDQS contains a secure, intuitive web interface that provides access to pre-defined reports as well as a query tool enabling users to report on wide variety of academic information (e.g. cumulative GPA, academic holds, units earned, enrollments, etc.). Individuals that have responsibility for advising students (e.g. who need to run a list of their advisees who are in academic difficulty) or reporting (i.e., who need to know how many students are enrolled for a particular major and create classes to meet the demand) will find the SDQS highly valuable.

Course Information Reporting System (CIRS). The system electronically draws information from three different sources to produce various utilization reports used to compile statistics on instruction (e.g. classroom utilization, courses taught by faculty, etc.)

The Course Information Reporting System is a new web-based system that brings together information from SIS, Academic Personnel, and FMS systems. Now, academic departments are able to review and maintain course listings each term. Which classes are offered, course instructor's name, meeting dates, times and locations are viewable.

The Student Academic Advising System (SAAS) is a web-based system designed to facilitate student mentoring and advising at UCR. The system provides access to students' current term enrollment, GPA (by term and cumulative), units earned, degree audit options, and the ability to record and view notes from mentoring and advising sessions.The system also allows advisors to run a degree audit against the student's major or a prospective major, and record notes for future use.
