All users of the Student Academic Information Systems are required to certify to their eligibility to use the system before their first access, and anually thereafter. When initially logging into SAIS, and anually thereafter, users will be presented with the following five certifications, which they are required to acknowledge before proceeding: Users will be presented with the following screen upon login to the system:

FERPA Training

Learn more about students' rights (privacy, confidentiality, etc.) and access to educational records as spelled out by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act.

Accountability Training

Learn more about UCR's accountability structure and the roles and responsibilities of employees, particularly with regard to the Student Academic Information Systems.
