Instructions to uninstall SpySweeper from your computer.
Webroot SpySweeper
As of September 22, 2009, Webroot SpySweeper will no longer be supported or licensed by campus.
It is suggested you uninstall it from your machine.

Uninstalling SpySweeper from a Laptop or your Home Computer
1. Click on 'Control Panel' in the Start Menu. 
2. In the Control Panel choose 'Programs' to uninstall.
(Two different views of the Control Panel are shown at right to Add/Remove programs.)
3. Scroll down the menu, find and select 'Spy Sweeper'. 
4. Click 'Yes' to remove. 
5. The uninstall status progress bar will remove Spy Sweeper files. 
6. Click 'Yes' to restart your computer.

Uninstalling the SpySweeper Enterprise Client (Campus Computer)
SpySweeper cannot be uninstalled by using Add / Remove Programs. Run the Webroot installation process again, however, choose the Remove option.
1. Download the SpySweeper Cleanup Utility. Note that Internet Explorer users may need to rename the downloaded file to add the ".exe" file extension. 2. Double-click to run SSECleanup.exe. This will remove the SpySweeper program from your system
