Log Out When Your Session is Finished


  • With the CAS single sign-on environment you can login once and access multiple applications as long as you don't exit your browser.
  • In a single sign-on environment it is even more important that you always logout when done, especially when using a public computer, to prevent access to your accounts.
  • To logout of CAS you must completely quit your web browser. Just because you have closed all of your web browser windows doesn't mean you have successfully logged out of your accounts. Remember to click on the file menu in your Web browser and select EXIT, QUIT or CLOSE.
