UCR's Time & Attendance Reporting System (TARS) is a new online tool that automates time and attendance reporting. This new system, which has been successfully piloted for several months, will replace a decades-old campus paper method offering users the automation of the labor-intensive process of recording payroll information into the Personnel Payroll System (PPS). In addition, the TARS will increase the transparency of the time reporting process.
