November Training Dates Available

This is a reminder that the Web-based versions of the UCRFS Web and eBuy will be deployed in late December. Deployment has been rescheduled from the planned date in October in order to provide additional training opportunities. Beginning in November, classroom training will be offered in the following areas:

• EACS and PAN Reviews (Enterprise Access Control System for SAAs)
• Overview of the New eBuy Web-based Purchasing Program (Web Purchasing System combining PRlite and SUB POlite)
• UCRFS 8.8: What's New, What's Different covering BEA, Staffing, Reporting, NCT, PCT, FCT, and Pan Review

Please enroll in any classroom training that would be beneficial for your transition to the new web environment.

The UCR Financial System (UCRFS) and Purchasing system will be upgraded to a web environment in mid December. The migration will occur between December 14 and 22, 2005.
