Retrieving Data Sets


Sometimes an interruption in the network at the time the Acquisition software is closed will keep a data set from getting sent. The data sets are always backed up on the classroom computer for the duration of the quarter, and you can retrieve them by copying them over to a flash drive, a cloud storage service like Google Drive, or by emailing them to yourself.

1. Open the Acquisition program and click on the "Session files location" file directory beside the clicker account for the class.

2. The folder will open in its own window:

3. Select what you need and copy it over to a flash drive or Google Drive, etc. (or you can email the data set files to yourself):

Contact multimedia@ucr.edu with requests to check the configuration of email settings on your clicker profile on the classroom computer.
