Editing a Record

Enterprise Directory User Guide

Click one of the links below for a specific topic:

To edit any information in the directory follow the Search Process to find the employee to be modified. Once you have located the employee, click the Edit button and the employee's record will open. Place the cursor on the information you wish to change and enter the correct information. You must follow the UCR Enterprise Directory Field Descriptions guidelines to keep the directory data uniformed.

You may not edit the following fields:

  • Employee PPS ID
  • Home department code
  • UCR NetID.

When all the changes are complete click on Save.
