Creating an email account

If your employee will be using the campus e-mail system, you will not need to input an e-mail address in the e-mail field. The system will automatically populate the e-mail field when you choose “Campus e-mail”.  If your employee will be using a department e-mail account, for example: or, click on the bullet “other” and complete the field with a valid e-mail address.  Click on the “no e-mail” bullet if your employee will not have e-mail.
