Using the Program

iReview is designed to allow for the electronic processing of the Reclassification and Equity Reviews. HR has developed a webinar that provides further insight into using iReview and JDS.

The instructions on using iReview are organized by the different roles within the system:

Departmental HR Coordinator - The Departmental HR Coordinator opens a new review and starts the reclassification/equity review process. They are responsible for receiving all the necessary approvals, such as supervisor approvals, at the department level.

Organizational HR Coordinator - The Organizational HR Coordinator reviews and modifies the reclassification/equity and ensuring that it meets organizational standards.

HR Analyst - The HR Analyst ensures the reclassification/equity corresponds with the intended function or reward of the review.
