Office 365 on Android

Configure Android with Office 365 

You can use the Office Outlook app on your Android phone or tablet.

1. If you haven't installed the app yet, download the Outlook for Android app from the Google Play store and click "Install".  Outlook for Android app in Google Play Store
2. Open the Outlook application on your device once installed and click "Get Started".  Get Started with Outlook on Android
3. After you click “Get Started” you will be prompted to enter your email address. Enter your email address and click “Continue”. Android Outlook add email
4. The next screen may prompt you to Connect Google.  Click “Not a Google Account” at the bottom of the screen. Android Outlook - not google account
5. On the Choose account type screen, select Office 365.  Android for Office choose account type
6. Next, sign in with your email address and password. (same password used for R'Space).  Android for Office account sign in
7. You will then be prompted to add another account where you can add another account you may own, such as a department email account.  Otherwise, select “Maybe Later” and you may view the introductory information screens or skip them to be taken to your inbox.
