An email signature is contact information that is added to the end of your outgoing email messages. A signature that is created in OWA Premium or OWA Light will appear in either application, however, OWA does not share signatures with Outlook because signatures created in OWA are stored on the Exchange server, and Outlook signatures are stored locally.

How Do I Set My Automatic Signature in OWA

  1. Log in to OWA, and select the Gears icon
  2. In the search field type "Email Signature" and select "Email Signature"
