Resetting Password


Please scroll through the steps below to reset your existing password. You must know your current NetID and the answers to your assigned security questions.

  • Once there, you will see the following screen. Choose "Resetting your NetID Password".

Reset Password

  • You will be taken to the security questions screen. Enter your NetID, choose the appropriate security question from each drop down menu, and enter the correct answer for each question. Then click "Attempt Reset".

Attempt Reset

  • Be sure to enter the information correctly. If an answer is incorrect, you will receive the following error.

Reset Fail

  • If the information was entered correctly, you will be taken to the screen to enter your new password. Enter the new password in the space provided. Be sure to abide by the secure password guidelines. Once the password is entered, click "Change Password".

Change Password

  • At this point your new password have been saved. Be sure to remember it for future reference. The process is now complete. Click "Go Back" to return to the Password Administration main menu.
